Pet Policy
Summer Chase will accept pets with a weight restriction up to 80 lbs. Pets that are up to 35lbs will have a $300 Pet Fee. Pets weighing 36 to 60 lbs will be a $350 Pet Fee. Any pet 61 to 80 lbs will have to be approved by management and will be permitted on 1st floor apartments with a $400 Pet Fee. Pit Bulls and Rottweilers are not permitted.
